Fujinaga-san the other day (3) The one in May! I finally became a member. Thank you very much. Mr. Fujinaga's restaurant, independent from "Sushidori" in Roppongi, opened in Azabu Juban in April 2017. It has only 10 seats at the counter. Also, there seems to be a private room. Third visit. Everything here is delicious and the level is really high, Next visit will be in late October and November! ⭐️ taste 9 It is the best. I would like to revisit again and again. ⭐️Service 8 It's getting up there a little bit. ⭐️Ambiance 8. ⭐️Cosiness 7 40000-. ⭐️Direction 8 . It is there in places.

The proprietor certainly has a strong commitment to sushi, and one senses that he develops each menu item with a strong core. In addition, his explanations are entertaining, and if you don't think too much about it, you can tune out what he is saying. However, I feel that people who like to talk and who enjoy going to the restaurant are biased because they have a very strong sense that they are the star of the show. Not that I'm not satisfied with the food, as each dish is delicious. I feel that the restaurant is trying to compete by using high-end ingredients and outlandish cooking methods. He also criticizes other restaurants. If the price is this high for just one good piece of food, it is expensive. I felt it was a shame. The most delicious dish was A nigiri of kombu-shime Doroguro (tuna) carefully cooked on the kelp. This was really delicious. The skin was crispy and the inside was juicy and tender. After the salty flavor, the fatty sweetness of the nodoguro, followed by the delicious taste of the kombushime. One piece is enough to make your mouth water.

Everything here is delicious and the level is really high, Next time will be in January. ⭐️Taste 9 This is one of my top 5 sushi restaurants, ⭐️Service 8 It's getting up there a little bit. I will go back again. ☺️ ⭐️Ambiance 8. ⭐️cosmos 7 40000-. ⭐️Direction 8 . It's there in places. It's been a bit of a hoo-ha!

Storks carrying cloud pebbles 👶💘🕊. You like sea urchins, don't you? The owner gave us a special addition ✨💯🌹. It was indeed a k2o party! Some of the sake brands were new to us 🍶🙏🍶🙏. Diehard had a cute doggy silhouette on the bottle and I wanted one 💕🐕💕! It's members/introductions only, but it's fully booked until June 😮✨. The adorable and mischievous General Fujinaga🌟 The expression on his face when he talked about his love for penguins was just like a little boy 🐧❄️ Too beautiful landlady is the No.1 woman of my dreams💕.

The sushi and chawanmushi are delicious, and the general manager is sharp as a tack, but as the bill exceeds 40,000 yen, I feel that I am missing something, and I wonder if I should go elsewhere.

I like people who do things differently! Fujinaga's sushi is delicious from the first bite and the more you chew, the more it tastes different🍣☺️ I love it no matter how many times I come here!

If you make it into a warship, the speed at which the salmon roe melts does not match. That's why I made it into a fine laver. The grains are getting bigger! I can't believe how much I love salmon roe! I love salmon roe 🥺💕

It's a miracle I made it! The genius general who can put more than 50 hidden knives on tuna. I felt every cell in my body go crazy with joy (largely due to the fact that it was the end of my petit fast). He also gave us an unforgettable surprise and showed us what a great restaurant he is!
