Enjoy a wide variety of seasonal delicacies made with seasonal ingredients at the counter with a real sense of presence. The owner, who has 10 years of experience at a Japanese restaurant in Azabu Juban, prepares a selection of dishes in front of you, and we invite you to enjoy them to your heart's content.
This plan includes an omakase course with 5 paired drinks + all-you-can-drink beer and sours. Our sommelier carefully selects sake and wine to pair with our dishes.
You can enjoy the luxury of "Tsumoto-style ultimate matured fish" and the highest quality tuna from the prestigious tuna wholesaler "Hicho". The sushi is served with rice mixed with "Knot no Kami," rice dedicated to the Ise Shrine, and a unique blend of vinegar. Enjoy the elaborate kappo cuisine to your heart's content. You can choose your beverage of choice on the day. We especially recommend Japanese sake, and you may encounter seasonal sake carefully selected by our sake sommelier, as well as rare and famous sake such as "Jyushidai," "Shinmasa," and "Jikin. The "Tsumoto-style Ultimate Aged Fish" and the finest tuna carefully selected by the prestigious tuna wholesaler "Hicho" will be served in a sumptuous setting. The "Sake Pairing Plan" starts with a thirst-quenching sparkling sake toast, followed by a lineup of rare sake such as "Jyushidai," "Shinmasa," and "Jikin," all of which are rarely available in the market. The plan also includes all-you-can-drink beer, highballs, white wine, etc. We proudly recommend this special plan for those who want to indulge themselves in fine food and sake to their heart's content.
