It is a small shop with just a counter located on the second floor of a mixed-use building, but the space, which is based on white wood, is very calming with its modern Japanese style. It's interesting to enjoy two different aspects: a daily changing ramen for lunch and a full sushi course for dinner. I hear there are over two hundred varieties of ramen, and I get excited just checking the day's offerings on Instagram. On this day, I had the Tsunan Sanjo-style ramen with a gentle coating of back fat, and the flat noodles paired perfectly with the two types of chashu. Thanks to the owner's attentive and friendly hospitality, it feels comfortable even for a woman dining alone. There are always innovative bowls that make you want to try them, even if you're not a ramen lover, so I'm always amazed.
