I had this for a meeting lunch, and the contents are very fulfilling. It includes grilled fish, shrimp tempura, fried chicken, and thick omelet, and I felt excited the moment I opened the lid. There are also simmered dishes like hijiki, dried daikon, and lotus root, so you can enjoy plenty of vegetables. The wasabi okra and spinach ohitashi provide a nice accent, allowing you to eat without getting bored. The colors are beautiful, and the appearance stimulates the appetite. It pairs well with rice, and even when cold, the flavor is strong, providing a sense of satisfaction.
