The building has a traditional Japanese atmosphere, with a cozy interior featuring dark wood and an irori (sunken hearth). It is located along a street a little away from the town center, and there is a souvenir corner that is fun to browse. The soba noodles are thick and have a firm texture, allowing for a satisfying slurp. The cold grated soba has a sharp spiciness from the radish, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The dipping sauce comes with a quail egg, and I appreciate the thoughtful touch of having the shell opened. The bowl with plenty of grated yam was also good, and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxing atmosphere with my family.
