Opened in Kyoto in 2004, we have been providing locally rooted kaiseki cuisine ever since. While preserving traditional techniques, we incorporate new styles of cooking, continuing to be loved by many. Since our opening, we have been cherished by the local community and are known as a place where visitors can discover something new each time.
