As a designated shop of the Kobe Beef Distribution Promotion Council, we offer Kobe beef of the highest standard. Our specialty “Hana-mori” (Hana-mori) is an assortment of lean cuts with beautiful marbling, a dish where the sweetness of the meat juices and the aroma of charcoal come together. Careful preparation shines in each cut, including negi premium salted tongue (Negi Jōtan Shio), premium harami, premium mino, and tecchan. We also offer a variety of a la carte dishes such as special yukke, raw senmai (raw beef omasum tripe), and fried mino, and finishing dishes include yukke bibimbap, daegu-tang noodles, and Korean cold noodles.

Located on the basement first floor of the Landmark Building just off East Gate Street, this refined space has 16 seats in total and offers a variety of private rooms of different sizes with a strong sense of privacy. It can accommodate a wide range of needs, from small group dinners to banquets and private bookings for up to 30 people, and is often used for workplace meals and business occasions. Its convenience—a five-minute walk from Sannomiya Station—and its calm atmosphere continue to bring repeat customers.
