It's a restaurant specializing in ankake (thick sauce), and the limited menu is exciting. The thick noodles have a nice chewiness, and the sauce clings to them well, making it hard to stop eating. The sauce has a moderate spiciness and a refreshing tomato flavor, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. You can also choose piccata, which balanced well with the noodles. You can add salad and soup, and the soup had the flavors of maitake mushrooms and bacon. There are also Taiwanese-style flavors available, which energize you with their spiciness, and you can choose the portion size to your liking, which is satisfying.
