As you step inside, the taciturn chef is quietly frying tempura, and the aroma alone is exciting. Rice, miso soup, and tempura dipping sauce are served first, so while taking some pickles, I add a bit of spice and get ready. After a sequence of seafood and meat including whiting, shrimp, chicken, and pork, vegetables like green peppers, pumpkin, and eggplant appear in order. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter, and the inside is fluffy and juicy, making it impossible to stop eating with rice. Personally, I like to save the shrimp for last and savor the hottest moment. The lineup is irresistible for tempura lovers, and since discovering this place, it has become a new staple for me.
