As you pass through the side road of the factory, a small tavern appears, lured by the light of lanterns. Upon entering, the owner greets you warmly, and you immediately feel a sense of comfort. The menu is diverse, ranging from classics to creative dishes, and the local specialty from Shimane, Akaten, has a lingering spicy kick. The Kanto stew, with its interesting combination of beef simmered in soy sauce and meat sauce, spreads umami with every bite. Additionally, the lineup of drinks is rich, featuring rare doburoku and refreshing Polestar with a smooth finish, all explained in detail.
