A small assortment of creative seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients, changing weekly. It is a sufficient volume for two people. We also offer a 3-type assortment, so you can enjoy it even if you are alone.

The thick mackerel, carefully marinated in salted koji, has been grilled over charcoal to a fluffy and fragrant finish. This dish stands out with its rich flavor and aroma.

'Ena Chicken' from Ena City, Gifu Prefecture is raised without any antibiotics or antibacterial agents, in a spacious environment without stress, and is a healthy chicken with a well-balanced intestinal environment thanks to the addition of lactic acid bacteria to its feed.
The noodles use 'Kishimen' from Kamiyaseimen in Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture, made only with wheat, water, and salt. They have a smooth surface, a good mouthfeel, and a chewy and elastic texture. The broth is carefully made with kombu and bonito flakes, featuring a clear color and a gentle flavor of special Yoino Neko udon broth.
Everyone loves the enchanting parent-child rice bowl. The chicken is 'Ena Chicken' from Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, and the eggs are rich eggs from Okayama Prefecture called 'Kodawari Eggs'. The rice is 'Koshihikari' from Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. The rice is sourced from brown rice and milled daily in-house, cooked over charcoal in a clay pot. The tender Ena Chicken is simmered in a sweet onion broth and bound with rich eggs. The umami of the broth and the fluffy, sweet rice are a perfect match.
