The modern and bright interior is centered around the counter, with seating outside that creates an open atmosphere. The owner is friendly and engages in conversation, making it easy to feel at home even for first-time visitors. The signature dish, stewed offal, becomes even more flavorful when dipped in garlic toast, creating an addictive taste. The fluffy omelet is finished on a hot plate, allowing for the fun of adding your favorite toppings. The menu features unique names, and just looking at it made me want to drink more. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake and awamori, and the staff can recommend options, making it easy to try unfamiliar brands.
