I ordered the mapo tofu from the menu. The crisp vegetables combined with the fragrant sauce create an irresistible deliciousness that makes it hard to stop eating. The thick slices of meat are very tender, and the richness of the fat is distinctly felt. The portion of side dishes is generous, making the rice go down easily. The dumplings have a pleasant texture from the vegetables, and the smooth, chewy skin was also great. Adding a bit of spicy chili oil tightened the flavor, allowing me to enjoy it until the end.
