It's a membership-based establishment, but it's relaxed and comfortable. The broth has a gentle sweetness that really enhances the flavors of the ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the pouch filled with plenty of green onions, broccoli, and cheese oden. The risotto that makes use of the broth and the pasta served at the end also left a strong impression. There is a wide variety of wines, and pairing them with the dishes is enjoyable. From the herb-wrapped pork cutlet to the homemade gelato, it was very satisfying.
