It is easy to find right in front of the tram stop, facing the street. There are both counters and tables, and the interior is clean and comfortable. The noodles have a strong chewiness, and they are generously topped with cabbage, cucumber, green onions, and thinly sliced char siu, which is satisfying. The dipping sauce made with Japanese-style broth combines spiciness and sweetness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The spiciness can be adjusted to your preference, allowing you to enjoy it at your own pace. There is also a unique version of dry tantan noodles exclusive to this shop, and it's no surprise that customers keep coming in due to its deliciousness.
