The OMAKASE set features carefully selected Kobe beef and offers an appealing selection of yakiniku. The Kobe beef steak, which offers a high-quality flavor, is finished in a yakiniku style, and the aroma and richness are enhanced by a Jack Daniel's flambé at the end of the meal. In addition, guests can enjoy seven types of Kobe beef on a boat-loaded platter, including fresh top-grade tongue, loin, medium loin, and ribs, all at the same time. This is a great way to experience the depth of yakiniku while comparing the individual characteristics of each part of the beef. Rice is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Toyama Prefecture, and a drink of your choice is included.
