Go to this place requested by my partner! Personally, I wanted to take her to the sea urchin in Tenma... As usual, this place is full of people! What I ordered this time Araoni 350 yen Eggs Shrimp Boiled conger eel Raw octopus Hamachi Crab miso Steamed egg custard 500 yen Aori Ikaika Red Tuna Salmon Sea bream Negitoro Fresh Shrimp We ate a lot! I love hamachi, but it's too bad it's not part of the belly! The best part was, surprisingly, the negitoro! It is roughly chopped, so it has a nice texture when you eat it! As always, the Araoni is ◎. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was also delicious, with shrimp, chicken, ginkgo, squid, conger eel, and many other ingredients! Before the sushi, crab innards (500 yen), sakura-ni (simmered fish cake) (350 yen). Crab miso is served with KYURI, which my partner hates. This bitter taste is delicious!
