A buckwheat noodle shop with two geniuses No matter how confident you are, there are not many people who say, "I am a genius! but here in Asakusa, there are two geniuses who are geniuses. But here they are in Asakusa. The owner is as big as a rugger man! He is as big as a rugger man! He looks like a great soba maker! But the master soba maker is a small, petite woman! There is a cooking genius and a buckwheat noodle making genius! This is Juroku. The interior of the restaurant still looks new and clean. I love to communicate with myself. The owner and the young proprietress? and talking with them makes the food tasty. But if you don't like to talk with the owner or the young proprietress, you won't like it. This is a restaurant that people like to go to. It is sure to be a popular restaurant, listed in Mr. Watanabe's recommended restaurants! Personally, and this is very personal, I prefer Soba water to be a little thicker. (I guess people in Yamaguchi area like Izumo Soba type...) I don't think there are many soba restaurants where you can drink wine from noon! It is good to eat at the counter while talking with the owner about Soba.

great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and understanding even with expats. They made us feel welcome and explained all their dishes in our language with a translator. The omakase menu chosen by the chefs was really very good and varied.
