The lively service was pleasant, and I was able to enjoy myself leisurely. The appetizers showed creativity, and the warm broth from the grilled fish and sake-steamed flatfish was particularly impressive. The sushi was slightly smaller and easy to eat, with a wonderful harmony between the rice and the toppings. The inclusion of liver from the flatfish and the cooking of the shrimp brought a smile to my face with their deliciousness. The sea urchin and bonito also provided a sense of satisfaction, and you can feel the careful craftsmanship in each dish. The variety of sake was interesting, and pairing it made the experience even happier.
