In a cozy counter located in a corner of the food stall village, you can see the craftsman's hands clearly, which is exciting. It offers both Hokkaido ingredients and Okinawan seafood, making it fun to choose. The omakase sushi has small rice balls with a mild acidity that enhances the flavor of the ingredients. The octopus, soy, and irabucha are fresh, and you can distinctly feel each texture. It's interesting to compare different parts of the night pearl shell, noticing the differences in tenderness and crunchiness. A dish that combines skate liver with ponzu jelly is also impressive, and you can easily enjoy conversations with the staff.
