This shop located in an alley in Asakusa has a calming, old-fashioned atmosphere with just a counter and a few tables. A television is playing, so you won't be bored while waiting, and the conversations of the local regulars are lively. The signature ramen with back fat is rich but not too heavy, and it pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles. The salt ramen, made with a broth of flying fish and Vietnamese salt, has a gentle aroma that seeps into your body. When you take a bite of the shiso dumplings, a refreshing fragrance spreads, making them easy to enjoy even after the ramen. The izakaya menu is also extensive, so it's a place where you can naturally enjoy drinking, snacking, and finishing off with noodles.
