This shop located in an alley in Asakusa has a calming, old-fashioned atmosphere with just a counter and a few tables. A television is playing, so you won't be bored while waiting, and the conversations of the local regulars are lively. The signature ramen with back fat is rich but not too heavy, and it pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles. The salt ramen, made with a broth of flying fish and Vietnamese salt, has a gentle aroma that seeps into your body.
