The moment I entered the small shop located in a quiet alley, I was greeted by the scent of wood, which was comforting. A row of sake bottles lined up across the counter, and I was pleased that each one pairs well with the dishes. The miso stew made with anglerfish liver had the bones beautifully processed, and the broth was so flavorful that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The grilled anglerfish was fragrant even with the skin on, and the sweetness of the fat was truly impressive. The small plates, including namerou and homemade pickled cucumbers, were abundant, and I couldn't help but order more. It’s a wonderful shop where I could relax in a comfortable seating arrangement, and the handmade dishes were a delight to the eyes.
