The calm color scheme and warm atmosphere are appealing, making it easy to enjoy sake starting from just one glass. Dishes like kimchi made from fruit tomatoes and traditional fried rice pair exceptionally well with the sake, offering flavors that will make you want to visit again and again. The standing drinking style creates a stylish and clean space that feels great. There is a wide variety of sake, and if you express your preferences, they will choose the perfect one for you. The snacks are thoughtfully prepared, and all of them pair well with sake. I particularly enjoyed the dish with salmon roe and soft-boiled egg, as well as the spicy chicken salad. The rolled omelet, thick-cut ham cutlet, and jumbo shumai are also flavorful, making you want to drink more. The corned beef and wasabi pickled tartar, as well as the Parmigiano cream brulee, surprisingly pair well with sake.

Homemade spiced oil pickle made with seven types of spices including cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. The quail soft-boiled eggs are marinated to perfection with exquisite heat control. Contrary to its bright red appearance, it is not spicy, and the spicy aroma and refreshing acidity, combined with the rich flavor of the soft-boiled eggs, make it a perfect match for sake.
