The dishes have a thematic quality, and the ideas of duck with rice and fermentation are exciting. From mackerel sushi and flounder sashimi to a fragrant dish of yellowtail, each one has a unique twist and is delicious. The soup dishes, such as duck meatloaf and turnip, are gentle, and the simmered dish of conger eel and yam is also pleasant. Combining clay pot rice with homemade natto and herb eggs, as well as enjoying homemade tsukudani and bettara-zuke, is delightful. The meat-centric course is also impressive, allowing you to savor oxtail soup, whale tail meat, and boar shabu-shabu. The desserts, including miso ice cream, pistachio crème brûlée, and red bean ice cream, leave you satisfied until the very end.
