Toretore Ume Kobo's pickled plums are extremely delicious. The skin is soft and the pulp has a sticky texture. It is best eaten on freshly cooked rice. The salt content is also lower than most umeboshi, so I was able to enjoy them while being careful not to overeat them. I would buy this product again. Thank you for the food.
