The craftsmanship shines in the fluffy sushi rice, which is truly impressive. A heartwarming sushi restaurant. The staff were very kind, and I was able to spend a pleasant time in a relaxed atmosphere with a TV playing. The interior is clean, and the parking lot is spacious, making it safe to visit by car. Notably, the way the sushi is shaped is remarkable. Although it is firmly pressed, when you take a bite, it has a fluffy texture as if it is holding air between the grains of rice, truly a work of craftsmanship. I heard there will be a price increase starting in April, but if I can enjoy such delicious sushi, I understand. Regardless of the time of day, it has become an important restaurant that I definitely want to visit again.
