I was able to enjoy the elegant and delicious cuisine in a very calm private counter seat. I think it is one of the best restaurants in Komatsu city.

This is a sushi restaurant that has been so popular that you can't enter without a reservation. The taste and portion were both excellent.

Due to the Golden Week, the reservation was only for private rooms, and it was 300 yen per person, but the view from the detached room in the courtyard was nice, the service was attentive, and it was worth more than the price! The serving time was also very smooth. It would be nice if there were instructions on how to drink matcha somewhere.

This is an authentic bistro that you wouldn't expect from its location and appearance. Both the course meals and à la carte options are reasonably priced and delicious. The variety of course options is also high, ensuring great satisfaction. It gets crowded on weekends, so reservations are a must. It's my number one restaurant I want to visit again!
