Iitokotori is recommended for company parties. Reasonably priced at 4,000 yen for 18 dishes and 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink. Normally open until 3:00 am, the hours are shortened due to the Corona disaster, but it is still open until 1:00 am. The staff's hospitality is so good that it is likely to make you a repeat customer! They are also happy to help with birthday celebrations, etc.

Sitting at the counter, the gentle chef excitedly shares stories about the fish caught in nearby waters. The first dish served, fugu marinated in kelp, is rich and flavorful, bringing happiness from the very first bite. The following sashimi, featuring akou and sweet shrimp, stands out with its texture and sweetness, perfectly complementing the local sake. The nigiri has smaller rice balls and thick toppings, with the aged tuna and crunchy bay shell being particularly impressive. The service is unpretentious yet attentive, allowing us to leisurely enjoy delicious sushi until the very end.
