As you enter the roadside station building, bright voices resonate, and a lively atmosphere spreads. After purchasing a meal ticket and waiting at the table, my number was called energetically, and I received my food sooner than expected. The signature dish, octopus cutlet rice bowl, has so many cutlets that they hide the rice, and the combination of egg and seaweed aroma creates an irresistible deliciousness. The cutlet is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and since it's bite-sized, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The miso soup with akamoku (a type of seaweed) has a pleasant thickness, and the flavor of the sea spreads, warming my body. Both locals and tourists enjoy their meals with smiles, and eating here naturally makes you feel energized.
