I love the food, the staff, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. When I eat here, I can leave with the satisfaction of having eaten something delicious. Unfortunately, the friend who couldn't come with me this time was overjoyed when I took out some food for them. It's currently the season for shaved ice, and I'm looking forward to the season when I can eat waffles, which are currently on break.

Ubicado en un tranquilo barrio residencial, al abrir la puerta de madera te recibe un acogedor mostrador. Los platos están elaborados con ingredientes de temporada, utilizando técnicas occidentales de manera cuidadosa, y cada uno ofrece un descubrimiento. En cuanto a los frutos del mar, la combinación de una sopa rica en sabor a vieira, cangrejo de pelo y un gel de alga kombu fue especialmente impresionante. La tarta de erizo de mar y cebolla nueva también es divertida por la superposición de texturas y aromas. No puedo olvidar los platos de pescado con una salsa que resalta el umami del kombu y el profundo sabor de los hongos negros. El servicio es amable, y se puede elegir un maridaje sin alcohol con antelación, lo que hizo que desde el principio hasta el final fuera un tiempo muy agradable.

It is always delicious. I especially like the vegetable tempura. It is hearty but not greasy, and you can tell they use good oil. The free large serving is also great. I will go there again with my family!
