The summer deer grilled over charcoal has no unpleasant odor, is very tender, and pairs well with the sauce. The non-alcoholic pairings are enjoyable and perfectly match the flow of the dishes. The quiet atmosphere at the counter and the warmth of the wood are comforting, and I was satisfied all the way to the final dessert.

Desde hace tiempo me había llamado la atención y finalmente pude visitarlo. El interior es luminoso y limpio. Es un pequeño restaurante con un mostrador y una mesa que pueden acomodar a unas 8 personas. Los platos que el dueño, que trabaja de manera muy eficiente en la plancha frente a mí, me ofreció, eran todos muy deliciosos y me mantuvieron mirando sin parar. Como él se encarga de toda la cocina, creo que es un lugar muy bueno para aquellos que pueden esperar tranquilamente, ya que el tiempo de espera puede aumentar si el restaurante está lleno. El clásico que me recomendaron, el okonomiyaki de cerdo, era esponjoso y me dio la impresión de que hacía tiempo que no comía un okonomiyaki tan delicioso. Se podía sentir la frescura de los ingredientes, tanto de las verduras como de la carne, y estaba increíblemente sabroso y se derretía en la boca.
