Era mi primera visita. Podías pedir deliciosos platos de temporada a la carta, y tanto el sabor como la calidad de los ingredientes eran excepcionales. Pudimos compartir y probar varias cosas. Además, las recomendaciones de vino fueron realmente perfectas, y fue una noche de gran satisfacción y felicidad. La hospitalidad del chef, que era muy amable, también fue perfecta, y en general, fue un restaurante muy satisfactorio.

Each dish is not only delicious but also visually stunning and very lovely. I visited after a long time, and it makes me want to go back again soon. However, it's become a popular place, and it's unfortunate that I can't easily get a reservation for wine on the same day!

I made a reservation at 'Okinaya' in front of Shōin Shrine for my first visit. The shop has quite a rustic appearance. I was guided to the counter and looked over the handwritten menu.
I started with a salad dressed with French walnut oil and white balsamic dressing, along with some sparkling wine, followed by a carpaccio of Italian Chardonnay and Kinmedai from the Outer Bōsō region.
Next came a shocking flavor: a stew of pork offal, harami, and pork belly, paired with French vodka, GRAT GOUSE, and a sour made with lemons from Hiroshima.
The local clams from Kujukuri were lightly stewed with red wine. The plump clams were delicious. The richness of the red wine and the butter added at the end were great.
To finish the meal, I had gnocchi made from potatoes in a cream sauce with mushrooms. It was irresistible.
And for dessert, I had Amaretto pudding. When I asked what drink would go well with it, I was served grappa. It was the best.
In any case, I was very satisfied. I want to visit again soon.

Fully booked. However, with meticulous attention that doesn't seem possible with just one person, they consistently served delicious dishes with care. They divided and plated the items for us to share, and the wine pairings were perfect. I've experienced the deliciousness of the salad vegetables before, but this time, the red snapper and clam bouillabaisse, mushroom fettuccine, and beef shabu in arrabbiata sauce were incredibly enjoyable. I will visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

We ordered everything on the menu that was marked with "recommended". LOL!
It is easy to eat as they serve portions for one person at a time.
All the dishes were seasoned to my liking and were too delicious.
The owner, who handles the crowded restaurant as a one-operator, was nice and cheerful~!

The owner of the restaurant is a one-operator and does his best to make love to you.
First of all, ask for the salad.
I am always impressed by the perfect balance between the vegetables and the dressing.
They also have other dishes on the menu, but you can't go wrong no matter what you order, so make love to them!
The wine selections to go with the food are also perfect 👍.
