Craft beer and meat! We visited the third Meat Hut location. I had visited the Oyama branch before. As the name "Meat Hut" implies, they have a variety of menu items using meat (of course, they also have a vegetable menu). (Of course, they also have a vegetable menu.) All of them look delicious! It's hard to decide! There was a craft beer, so let's have a toast first! There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. To go with the drinks, there is an assortment of kimchi. This is the first time I tried the "seaweed kimchi" in the middle, but it is addictive! When I went to the Oyama branch, I was so enthusiastic that I was going to eat lump meat next time! I was so excited to try the chunks of meat when I visited the Oyama branch. I ordered the Uchimomo (black wagyu beef) and the 40-day aged sirloin. The Uchimomo even comes with sea urchin (500 yen) on top. The Hatsu no Tataki was served with a golden combination of sesame oil and salt. The stewed beef tendon with beef tendon was very tasty! It is salty and very well seasoned, so it goes perfectly with sake. The waitress was kind and funny. The restaurant also offers yakiniku (grilled meat) on a shichirin (a charcoal griddle)! It is a station that is not easy to get off the train unless you live nearby, but it is very much worth the trip.

The price, the alcohol, and the service were all excellent.

The staff were kind to the children. They let the children use a whole table by themselves. The children were delighted with the steak, not just the okonomiyaki, so the whole family enjoyed the meal. I had a service voucher, but when it came time to pay, I tried to take it out and ended up forgetting it completely because I was drunk. I wish they had reminded me when it was time to pay.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm, allowing you to spend time leisurely. The staff is kind, making it a pleasant dining experience. The meat is rich in flavor and very satisfying. It's fun to cut the thick slices with scissors while grilling, and it becomes tender the more you chew. The salad and kimchi are so delicious that you can't stop eating them, and your chopsticks keep moving. I felt that the restaurant is considerate of families with children, making it a place where everyone can enjoy.

The cozy atmosphere is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed time. The thin-crust pizza is fragrant and chewy, with an abundance of cherry tomatoes and an irresistible aroma of smoked cheese. The burrata is also very creamy and pairs well with wine. The dish made with fish from Hamada Fishing Port in Shimane Prefecture has a refreshing acidity that leaves a lasting impression. The meat dishes are crafted with care, delivering a strong umami flavor. The presentation of the plates is beautiful, and it's delightful that you can enjoy not only wine but also sake.
