Year-end party at a restaurant difficult to reserve! | Delicious food and happiness! Hinotori, a Chinese restaurant in Osaka where reservations are hard to come by! Reservations for the next month start on the 1st of every month, but the phone lines are always busy! I heard that some people can't get through even after calling 800 or 1,000 times... I guess it's all luck, isn't it? This time, I was miraculously able to make it! I'm very excited! I am very excited! The place is about a 5-minute walk southeast from Kitahama Station Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats in the front and table seats in the back Only course meals are available. Shanghai crab course: 10,000 yen First, a toast with Veuve Clicquot! After all, good champagne is different! Shanghai crab marinated in rice wine Glutinous rice cooked in crab broth and miso paste Shanghai crab is dipped in a little bit of miso paste! Crab! Crab! The crab is concentrated and delicious! I don't like Shaoxing wine, but it tastes so good when eaten like this! From the very beginning, I was so happy with the luxuriousness of this dish! Appetizers 　Romanesco with sea urchin sauce 　Bean Curd with Peeled Bean Curd 　Homemade Salted Pork Mashed Potatoes Peking Style 　Beef cheek in jelly 　Jellyfish and Fujian Seaweed 　Jellyfish and Hokkien laver stew 　Chilled Shark's Fin 　Sea bream with ginger and green chili pepper Very beautiful! Eight colorful small plates. You can see that each dish is carefully made! The variety of flavors is very exciting for women to enjoy! Dim Sum 　Fried egg and Shanghai crab miso 　Steamed gyoza with shiitake mushrooms and Miyazaki beef 　Kuroryu Ginjo Pork Yaki-sai The moment I finished eating, I wanted to ask for a second helping! I wanted to say "more! It was gone in an instant! What a waste of ingredients to use for dim sum! I couldn't wait to see it explode in my mouth! Lychee wine with soda So refreshing! I love the lychee flavor! Steamed soup When I open the lid, the aroma is so strong that I feel like getting drunk! Dried scallops, fresh abalone, shark's fin from a reef shark, and a lot of high-end ingredients. Dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! No matter where you scoop it with a spoon, it always turns out to be something! The delicious soup is soaking into your body! Kinki with Sake Kasu Sauce The kinki is softly fried! The sauce is made with sakekasu, a sweet and sour sauce that goes well with the kinki. Oven-baked Shanghai Crab Macau style Shanghai crab again! What does Macau style mean and what does it mean? It's like a gratin style with spices and miso! So much crab, so happy aroma! Miyazaki Beef Kainomi with Beijing Style Spices! Yes! The meat! It's amazing that they use Miyazaki beef! It's soft and has just the right amount of fat, and the spices are quite strong, so it's Chinese! It's Chinese! Shark fin rice! Soaking in an earthenware pot, like hell...! Hot! Looks so delicious! I've never had so much shark's fin in my life! How can this not be delicious? It's the most delicious rice to finish off the meal! Vanilla-flavored apricot bean curd Chrysanthemum and pear flavored with apricot liquor! Desserts are also very delicious! The apricot jelly is without a doubt the best I have ever had! The chrysanthemum and pear were intricately folded and very dexterous! All the dishes were impeccably delicious! And all of them were full of high quality ingredients! The owner is a stoic person who stays at the restaurant to prepare the food! Indeed, every dish was elaborate and carefully prepared! The atmosphere is a bit difficult to talk to, and the service may be divided. It was delicious, but I don't have the energy to try hard to get a reservation. ・・・・ I am very happy and thankful for this precious dining experience! Thank you for the meal! Yesterday was fire chicken. This specialty, Hyakka Chicken, is served twice a year (two months) unless specially ordered, and this is the month it is offered. This dish is a combination of minced chicken meat with the skin left on, pounded shrimp, and small potatoes, stuffed into the skin, and baked. I haven't had it in about two years, but it is still delicious. ❣️ Boar, air-dried Shanghai crab (male and female) marinated in Shaoxing wine. Jellyfish and cod roe ◉Boiled black dragon pork with sweet potato ◉Seafood spring rolls ◉Shrimp and monkfish liver wontons ◉Broiled abalone with Beijing-style soy sauce ◉Shark's fin, soft-shell crab and kikurage mushrooms ◉ Miyazaki beef chives braised with spring onions in Shandong style ◉Snooker fish with vegetables, rape blossoms and radish ◉Noodles cooked with Ariake seaweed ◉Dessert: apricot bean curd and ma la cao (Chinese steamed cake)

I was very satisfied. When I went there, the counter was full, and since there were four of us, we went to a table in the back. There was only one course available, so we ordered drinks before we started. The food was elaborate from the appetizers, and you could taste the real high-end Chinese food.

Yesterday, I went to Firebird. Shanghai crab season has arrived. Yesterday, we had Shanghai crab marinated in rice wine, Macau-style oven-baked Shanghai crab, and Hong Kong-style cooked noodles with Shanghai crab. Shanghai crab requires a lot of preparation to break up the meat. The taste of Shanghai crab is exceptional while appreciating the hard work. Thank you very much for the meal.

We finally got to go to Firebird, which we had longed to visit. I was surprised at the cost performance of a bottle of champagne and two glasses of wine for such a reasonable price. I visited Gekisen the other day, and even though they are the same Chinese restaurant, Firebird is Beijing cuisine and Gekisen is more Szechuan cuisine.

It was a restaurant where I could see why it was so hard to get reservations. All the dishes are delicate and outstandingly flavored, and the cost performance is excellent considering the contents of the dishes. I would like to go back to this restaurant.

Hinotori is one of the most difficult restaurants in Osaka to make a reservation. Each dish was delicate and ingenious with a wonderful sense of taste. The food was wonderful.
