This European-style house is just a short walk from the station, and the space wrapped in the warmth of wood is very comfortable. There is a piano in the atrium, and a fireplace, which makes you excited the moment you enter. The large pillars and ceiling boards made of Japanese cedar are impressive, creating a special atmosphere. The Italian dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients from the Setouchi region are all fragrant, and the spaghetti with firefly squid and the grilled beef were particularly memorable. The high-quality olive oil paired with the bread and the dessert of pistachio ice cream combined with cocoa were also delightful. There are many options for non-alcoholic drinks, and the green apple soda and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect for the dishes.

It is an independent building, and when you open the door, a gentle scent of wood fills the air, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There are arched windows, a grand piano, and private rooms reminiscent of box seats, giving it a luxurious villa-like ambiance. The large central pillar and cedar ceiling are impressive, and the warm lighting and fireplace envelop the space. The dishes, utilizing the blessings of the Seto Inland Sea, are carefully prepared from appetizers to desserts, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste. Just pairing bread with fragrant olive oil is delightful, and the pasta with firefly squid, risotto with fava beans and pancetta, and the fragrant Shodoshima beef grilled over charcoal were all satisfying. The non-alcoholic drinks are also abundant, with green apple soda and freshly squeezed orange juice perfectly complementing the dishes.
