🇯🇵Baird Beer (Shizuoka) STYLE : Pale Ale ABV : 6.0% / IBU : 45 Una pale ale japonesa seca con matices herbales que busca un estilo sencillo y diáfano. Una cerveza única que combina los dos estilos más populares de la cerveza artesanal: pale ale e IPA, con un toque japonés. Se combina wasabi y té verde locales con lúpulos que aportan diferentes características herbales. El sabor es audaz, pero, como el concepto de wabi-sabi, mantiene un núcleo sencillo y diáfano, sereno y refinado.
🇯🇵Kanpai!(Tokyo) STYLE : Imperial Stout ABV : 10.0% / IBU : 70 Para esta temporada que se está volviendo calurosa: ¡Imperial Stout! Con motivo del 7.º aniversario de ¡Kanpai! Brewing, la elaboramos como cada año. Para lograr un sabor profundo utilizamos 10 tipos de maltas. Para reducir sabores indeseados y astringencias, las maltas tostadas oscuras se sometieron a una extracción en frío (cold steep) con mucho cuidado, y para aportar cuerpo realizamos una maceración a una temperatura bastante alta. Los lúpulos aportan un amargor afilado pero limpio: empleamos 3 tipos de lúpulos fuertes para el amargado. Por otro lado, para asegurar la bebibilidad añadimos azúcar granulada, buscando un acabado refrescante. En el aroma se despliega un tostado fragante; al probarla se percibe un sabor complejo y profundo con matices de chocolate amargo y café muy tostado, y un amargor contundente y definido. Más adelante se siente una dulzura densa y gradual, bien equilibrada con el amargor, y el retrogustillo es limpio.
🇯🇵Minamishinsyu Beer (Nagano) STYLE : British Strong Ale ABV : 7.0% / IBU : 37.5 Una ale fuerte británica con notas de malta tostada similares a galletas, aportadas por la mezcla de maltas, y un amargor suave y equilibrado. El posgusto perdura, por lo que está diseñada para que ese "otro sorbo" resulte placentero. Podrá disfrutar del sabor sincero característico de la Cerveza Minami Shinshu. Es accesible para principiantes y, al mismo tiempo, tiene la contundencia que satisface a los aficionados a la cerveza.
🇨🇦Dieu du Ciel! STYLE : Belgian Wheat Ale ABV : 5.5% / IBU : 11 ¡Nuestra cerveza emblemática elaborada desde 1999! Una cerveza blanca belga inspirada en el estilo tradicional de Bélgica. Se utilizan cilantro y corteza de naranja Curazao del Caribe. Al degustarla, se despliega un ramillete de aromas cítricos y especiados, seguido de una suave sensación a pan ligeramente tostado. La ligera acidez del trigo redondea el conjunto, ¡una copa refrescante y hermosa!
🇯🇵Repubrew×Y.MARKET STYLE : Sour IPA ABV : 6.5% / IBU : - ¡Un vuelo por la nueva Shin-Tomei con límite de velocidad de 120 km/h! Las notas de salida son de mandarina, seguidas por una papaya que se percibe con fuerza; los aromas de mandarina y kabosu inundan los sentidos. Al llevarlo a la boca, el sabor pleno de la malta es la mejor combinación. Una suave dulzura se expande en la boca y la acidez del sour deja un posgusto fresco y limpio. Fiel al nombre de nueva transparencia, usando lúpulos añejados se logra un sabor claro y, al convertir los lúpulos en sour, se ha creado una cerveza innovadora y atrevida. ¡Una copa que conecta Mishima y Nagoya!
🇺🇸ColdFire STYLE : Festbier ABV : 5.9% / IBU : - Una lager de color dorado pálido, elaborada para reproducir la tradicional cerveza que se sirve en el Oktoberfest de Múnich, Alemania. Con un aroma sutil y un toque de especias como acento, esta cerveza es muy fácil de beber. Una copa que parece que se podría tomar una y otra vez; es una obra maestra adecuada para celebraciones.
🇯🇵TAROS (Hiroshima) STYLE : TDH Double Hazy IPA ABV : 8.0% / IBU : - Aromas a mango, papaya y carambola con una sensación en boca densa y sedosa y un sabor intenso y dulce. 🇨🇦Dieu du Ciel! STYLE : West Coast Hazy IPA ABV : 7.0% / IBU : 40 ¿Una IPA de la Costa Oeste pero turbia? Los intensos aromas cítricos y de frutas tropicales procedentes de las variedades de lúpulo Sultana, Citra, Amarillo y Strata utilizadas, y la apariencia ligeramente velada propia del estilo Nueva Inglaterra. A ello se suma el amargor nítido característico de la Costa Oeste, que convierte el conjunto en una cerveza refrescante y fácil de beber: ¡una copa perfecta!

A diferencia de la IPA americana, se caracteriza por un aroma similar al del té negro y es una cerveza de gran popularidad.
🇺🇸Hi-Wire STYLE : West Coast IPA ABV : 6.7% / IBU : 55 IPA occidental de Carolina del Norte, equilibrada. Aroma refrescante a cítricos y frutas tropicales. La excelente combinación de los lúpulos Mosaic y Centennial aporta notas de pomelo, mandarina y un leve aroma a melón. Dulzura y umami de la malta armonizados con el carácter del lúpulo en una IPA dank y fácil de beber.

Fukushima Prefecture:Aizu Sake Brewery Pure domestic liqueur blended with two citrus fruits, Yuzu and Kabosu, based on pure rice sake! We pursued a refreshing sourness, elegant sweetness, and rich aroma. Recommended on the rocks or with soda!
Kagoshima Prefecture:Wakashio Sake Brewery This sake was inspired by the Kagoshima dialect phrase, "Crying is good, jumping is better than crying," which means, "In difficult times, don't think about this and that, just take action. It is made from sweet potato shochu and barley shochu, and flavored with yuzu peel and juice to make your heart jump!
Aroma: Aromatic and ripe sweet potatoes are used in this product. It has a surprisingly rich lychee-like aroma. It is characterized by its sweet and mellow taste and crisp aftertaste. The sake is designed to be enjoyed as a food sake while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. It is a product of 150 years of experience in the brewing of sake.
Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.

Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.

Una cerveza única que combina los dos estilos más populares de la cerveza artesanal: pale ale e IPA, con un toque japonés. Se combina wasabi y té verde locales con lúpulos que aportan diferentes características herbales. El sabor es audaz, pero, como el concepto de wabi-sabi, mantiene un núcleo sencillo y diáfano, sereno y refinado.
🇯🇵Kanpai!(Tokyo) STYLE : Imperial Stout ABV : 10.0% / IBU : 70 Para esta temporada que se está volviendo calurosa: ¡Imperial Stout! Con motivo del 7.º aniversario de ¡Kanpai! Brewing, la elaboramos como cada año. Para lograr un sabor profundo utilizamos 10 tipos de maltas. Para reducir sabores indeseados y astringencias, las maltas tostadas oscuras se sometieron a una extracción en frío (cold steep) con mucho cuidado, y para aportar cuerpo realizamos una maceración a una temperatura bastante alta. Los lúpulos aportan un amargor afilado pero limpio: empleamos 3 tipos de lúpulos fuertes para el amargado. Por otro lado, para asegurar la bebibilidad añadimos azúcar granulada, buscando un acabado refrescante. En el aroma se despliega un tostado fragante; al probarla se percibe un sabor complejo y profundo con matices de chocolate amargo y café muy tostado, y un amargor contundente y definido. Más adelante se siente una dulzura densa y gradual, bien equilibrada con el amargor, y el retrogustillo es limpio.
🇯🇵Minamishinsyu Beer (Nagano) STYLE : British Strong Ale ABV : 7.0% / IBU : 37.5 Una ale fuerte británica con notas de malta tostada similares a galletas, aportadas por la mezcla de maltas, y un amargor suave y equilibrado. El posgusto perdura, por lo que está diseñada para que ese "otro sorbo" resulte placentero. Podrá disfrutar del sabor sincero característico de la Cerveza Minami Shinshu. Es accesible para principiantes y, al mismo tiempo, tiene la contundencia que satisface a los aficionados a la cerveza.

Los lúpulos aportan un amargor afilado pero limpio: empleamos 3 tipos de lúpulos fuertes para el amargado. Por otro lado, para asegurar la bebibilidad añadimos azúcar granulada, buscando un acabado refrescante. En el aroma se despliega un tostado fragante; al probarla se percibe un sabor complejo y profundo con matices de chocolate amargo y café muy tostado, y un amargor contundente y definido. Más adelante se siente una dulzura densa y gradual, bien equilibrada con el amargor, y el retrogustillo es limpio.

🇯🇵Kanpai!(Tokyo) STYLE : Imperial Stout ABV : 10.0% / IBU : 70 Para esta temporada que se está volviendo calurosa: ¡Imperial Stout! Con motivo del 7.º aniversario de ¡Kanpai! Brewing, la elaboramos como cada año. Para lograr un sabor profundo utilizamos 10 tipos de maltas. Para reducir sabores indeseados y astringencias, las maltas tostadas oscuras se sometieron a una extracción en frío (cold steep) con mucho cuidado, y para aportar cuerpo realizamos una maceración a una temperatura bastante alta. Los lúpulos aportan un amargor afilado pero limpio: empleamos 3 tipos de lúpulos fuertes para el amargado. Por otro lado, para asegurar la bebibilidad añadimos azúcar granulada, buscando un acabado refrescante. En el aroma se despliega un tostado fragante; al probarla se percibe un sabor complejo y profundo con matices de chocolate amargo y café muy tostado, y un amargor contundente y definido. Más adelante se siente una dulzura densa y gradual, bien equilibrada con el amargor, y el retrogustillo es limpio.
