Centered on French techniques, meso’s signature course features layers of fermentation, spices, and dashi. Even though the combinations are new, they somehow taste delicious. Please enjoy meso’s dining experience, where the food and wine harmonize to create a complete experience, accompanied by six wine pairings carefully selected to complement the progression of the meal.
