This course features charcoal-grilled Omi beef, fattened for 50 months. Omi beef is bred only from "pure Tajima beef," which is also the source of Kobe beef, and carefully raised for a long time in the backcountry of Shiga Prefecture. The average Wagyu beef is fattened for 28 months, but the Omi Beef is fattened for as long as 50 months, which gives the red meat an elegant and deep flavor, and a very smooth marbling without feeling any stress. This is a rare Wagyu beef that is rarely found in general distribution. Please take this opportunity to enjoy it.
