This is a light course that uses a variety of seasonal ingredients and allows you to enjoy a little bit of the season in a light meal with free pairings. The free pairing is mainly sake and will be served to match the dishes. On the occasion of our 18th anniversary, we have created a more realistic course based on the theme of making the counter more enjoyable and tasty. The clams are incredibly delicious, with a rich, juicy umami flavor. The new wakame seaweed, whose season is over in the blink of an eye, has turned a vibrant green and is truly beautiful, with a fantastic texture.
