Founded in 1978, 'Toriishi' started as a kashiwa shop. We source fresh chickens directly from our long-standing partner poultry farms across the country, receiving them whole. By breaking down the whole chickens and skewering them in our shop, we can offer deliciousness at affordable prices. We cherish the public enjoyment of 'yakitori'.

Of course, it is delicious, and we provide reliable products at a low price. We procure fresh chickens whole from contracted poultry farms across various regions and quickly dismantle them under proper management. You can enjoy chicken dishes that you won't find anywhere else.

To provide delicious grilled chicken at public prices, we skewer fresh chicken by hand every day in our workshop on the second floor of the main store. Because we skewer carefully selected chicken ourselves, we can confidently recommend it.

Since its establishment, we have continued to preserve the flavor by adding more and more. The sauce of Toriishi has a unique smoothness. In fact, we use fresh chicken bones that are produced when we break down whole chickens in the shop, and we carefully simmer them together with the sauce. This unique flavor is made possible by Toriishi's connections with poultry suppliers.

There are various ways to enjoy yakitori, and while everyone has their preferences, it is not the case that all yakitori must be eaten with salt. In particular, the sauce from Toriishi pairs perfectly with chicken. Based on the experience we have cultivated, we decide whether to grill with sauce or salt depending on the part of the chicken. For the first skewer of each part, please let us grill it for you.
