This is a Japanese restaurant inside a hotel with a calm atmosphere. In the morning, a set of Japanese dishes is prepared, and the variety is exciting. I was able to enjoy grilled fish, onsen tamago (hot spring egg), and soy sauce marinated salmon roe, as well as scallop sashimi. Each dish has a gentle flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. The kaiseki cuisine can also be savored slowly, and by the time I finished eating, I felt satisfied. It was perfect for starting the morning and made me feel happy.
