Located on the floor of a hotel near Nagasaki Station, it is very convenient to access. The carefully prepared Edo-style ingredients are all fragrant, and each piece is impressive. In particular, the white squid and purple sea urchin stand out with their melting sweetness, making you want to have seconds. The Nanko plum chawanmushi has a perfect blend of sweetness and acidity, refreshing the palate. I can't forget the crunchy texture of the seaweed and the deep richness of the clam's first broth. I'm delighted to enjoy authentic sushi during my travels, and I will likely remember this on my next trip to Nagasaki.
