[SHOKUDO YArn] I joined YArn as an apprentice 🙇‍♂️ (I lied 😁) I met Mr. and Mrs. Yoneda every time I was in Tokyo, so it was kind of strange ☺️ I find myself unconsciously smiling because of the delicious taste. It was the first time for me to taste it in the innovative category without any falsehood! I thought. The teamwork, care and agility of everyone in the restaurant. It was comfortable, enjoyable, delicious, and I felt extremely fulfilled! I am truly happy to be able to confront the cuisine at this moment. ☀️

This is a famous restaurant that reigns supreme in Ishikawa Prefecture. I had a bit of an aversion to innovative food, but was easily converted to regret. How good it was! I was surprised at everything, and most of all, I was really astonished at how good the food was. The concept of solving a mystery is also wonderful. The owner's attitude of trying to entertain the customers twice or thrice shines through.
