Similar to regular shaved ice, this menu recreates cocktails typically enjoyed at a bar in shaved ice form. While the coldness may make it difficult to taste the alcohol at first, the alcohol will gradually come through, so please be careful. *Please order at least one item from the shaved ice menu per person. *Age verification may be required.
Shaved ice made with mint and cocoa. It has a sweet taste similar to chocolate mint. The yellow-green color is very beautiful.
Shaved ice made with apricot and tea. The taste is similar to almond tofu, but slightly different. I love Italian iced tea, so I experimented to recreate that flavor.
We offer a specialty cup of coffee with a focus on single origin. Coffee flavors vary depending on the variety, processing method, ripeness, and environmental factors. By shipping coffee from each origin separately without blending, you can enjoy the unique characteristics of each farm. At our shop, we carefully extract each cup with hand drip, allowing you to enjoy the true taste and aroma of the beans.
(Ethiopia) Features flavors of stone fruits such as peach and red wine. Enjoy the unique fruity sweetness and gentle acidity cultivated at an altitude of 2000m in Ethiopia, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Available in both iced and hot versions.
Originating from Indonesia, this coffee features a bitter taste similar to dark chocolate, with flavors reminiscent of citrus fruits. The name 'Grand Reina' means 'great queen', and you can enjoy its rich and full-bodied taste, along with a refreshing aftertaste. Available in both iced and hot versions.
We offer roasted beans with a mocha flavor specially designed for cafe lattes. The sweetness of the flavor is likened to tropical fruits and flowers. By combining the sweetness of steamed milk with espresso-extracted coffee, you can enjoy a caramel-like sweetness. Available in both iced and hot versions.
