The modern town house-style interior is comfortable and allows for a relaxed stay. The rice balls made by a salt-making craftsman are impressive with their shine and chewy texture. Ingredients that make use of the blessings of Ishikawa are plentiful, and the likes of Goro Island Kintoki sweet potatoes, Ishiru, and Noto beef are exciting. The set includes two rice balls, a soup, pickles, and Kaga roasted tea, creating a gentle sweetness that spreads. The hearty miso soup is mellow and comforting. You can also add a small side dish of the day, and the flavors of walnuts, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and okara (soy pulp) were each enjoyable.
