The first floor is for takeout, and the second floor is for eat-in, featuring a stylish and calm gray space. I appreciate the style of ordering and then heading to my seat, allowing for a relaxed preparation. The freshly baked pancakes and pies are fragrant, and the combination of fluffy dough and crispy texture was refreshing and exciting. I really enjoyed the slightly bitter caramel cream served with the sweet potato Basque cheesecake, as it provided a delightful back-and-forth between the two flavors. The parfait, filled with plenty of fruit, also had enjoyable textures from the meringue and crumble, making it easy to eat without getting bored until the end. At the drink buffet, I could freely try citrus juices and fragrant tea, allowing me to relax in a quiet seat.
