The signature dish of Yamato. It is a style of dipping noodles made with homemade noodles that have a firm texture, served with a rich dipping sauce made from pork and a secret blend of flavors, using stone-ground flour.

Garlic chives have effects that improve fatigue recovery, antioxidant action, cold sensitivity, and neuralgia, and are often consumed in Chichibu. Eating them together with Yamato soba leads to beauty and a healthy long life.

We used a generous amount of homemade sesame chili oil made with our special meat juice and luxurious sesame oil. This is a meat juice recommended for spice lovers.

We have carefully selected and abundantly used dried sardine flakes to create a richly flavored broth.

This is a set of barley rice made from Chichibu-produced mochimugi (Haneuma) and natural yam from Saitama. The barley rice comes with free refills. Individual sales of barley rice and tororo are also available.
