The interior and the tableware are carefully arranged, making it very comfortable. The appearance of the dishes is beautiful, and each dish has its own idea that excites me. The dishes with scallops and shrimp are impressive with the braised cabbage, and the umami is well conveyed. The roll steak of black wagyu and the pan-seared rockfish also have a good harmony of aroma and sauce, providing satisfaction. The chef is easy to talk to and explains everything in detail, including the background. The staff's consideration is thorough, allowing me to enjoy both the food and drinks with peace of mind.
