I asked "what are the best restaurants in Kanazawa?" and everyone answered 😭🙏💖 I'm so glad I'm on Instagram! I was happy to see that everyone answered 😭𯙏✊ Among them, there were 2 votes for "Skewered Aged Iyasaka", and if you add some sauce to it, you can reduce the amount of salt ✊ Let's go! We arrived at the restaurant, but the store and the chairs (pipe chairs) are subtle and rushed 💦. But the restaurant is full ‼️ But I was hungry, so I went in anyway and ordered They had ramen, but apparently they don't serve ramen until after 10pm! The menu is the same as any other kushikatsu shop: ‼️ You can't dip the sauce in it twice: ‼️ Tell them what you like, and of course I had a bottled beer 🍺! Wait for the kushikatsu to come while drinking the bottled beer, It was late because the restaurant was full😅 My son was booing and then it finally came ‼️ I wasn't too impressed with the restaurant and the pipe chairs, but when I took a bite, I was surprised 💦 that the batter was thin, crispy, and delicious! My dad said, "I don't want to go to that restaurant in Toyama. What? What do you mean? What do you mean? Apparently it's Kushikatsu Taco lol. My dad and I have never been there 😂. And the prawns cost 300 yen, but they were so plump and juicy! Even my son, who hates lotus root, ate 2 pieces ✨(lotus root is better at Akiyoshi) And everyone loves cheese 🧀! My dad doesn't like cheese because it has too much salt! Me and my son ate it together and it was 👌👌 I like cheese more than pork cutlet more than prawns more than filet 😂. It was delicious and fun😍💕 And most importantly, the customer service is cheerful ‼️ You can't eat local food from Ishikawa, so it's not for people who want to eat local food, but it's perfect for people who want to eat quickly and drink quickly. ☝️ If it were in my neighborhood, I'd go there 5 times a week 😎 lol There is also a counter and there were many customers by themselves! My son ordered a bottle of orange juice and when I saw him pouring it into a glass, I thought to myself that in the future he'll be drinking bottled beer like me 😂🤣. I hope he will be a good role model 🤣. I always get sick to my stomach at kushikatsu restaurants, but not here! The batter was thin and crispy 😳✨✨ And it was cheap too 😳 lol You can bring your family and have a little drink with you too 🙆‍♀️ Hope to franchise in Toyama too🤣☝️💖

The restaurant is quite spacious with tables and seating. There are several recommendations for snacks, and I recommend the chilled shikyuuri. It is good to have it with beer in the summer time. It is cold and a little salty, but with beer it is just the right amount of salt. The kushikatsu is also good to eat with a smooth, slightly dry sauce.
