Influenced by his grandmother during his childhood, he developed an interest in cooking. After graduating from culinary school, he honed his skills in restaurants. He gained further experience in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia, and is currently the owner-chef of 'Hinome' in Kameyama, Mie Prefecture, where he offers innovative dishes. He is also interested in food education and food waste issues, engaging in recipe development, restaurant production, and teaching activities at educational institutions.
